Run the patch on your hangup.exe directory, this proggy isnt crippled
it juz has a Unregistered message, this patch kills it.

This utility is useful to those who dial up an Internet services
provider and perform automated network tasks in the evening.
( Such as downloading files, sending e-mail to mailing lists, etc.)
HangUp will allow you to terminate your dialup connection when
you're done with your task.
HangUp does not have a built-in scheduler. You must use a separate
utility to schedule its execution. It is a console utility, so
it is possible to use it in a batch file.
